The RobMoSys’ Workshop "Better Models, Better Tools, Better Systems" will take place on March 14th at 2 p.m. in Duetto 2 (Fastems Room), where we will share details on our first Integrated Technical Projects (ITPs).  

Our ITPs kicked off in Barcelona last week, if you want to know more about them check out the ITP area on our website.

We're pleased to announce Huáscar Espinoza as our new RobMoSys Project Coordinator

Huáscar holds a Ph.D. in computer science from University of Evry in France and is currently working at CEA LIST on model-driven development of embedded and autonomous systems. We are happy to have Huáscar on board, who comes to us with a broad experience on managing EU projects, having coordinated the work of large international initiatives, such as the FP7 OPENCOSS project and the ECSEL AMASS project when leading TECNALIA's
Cyber-Security and Safety research group.  Read more about Huáscar.

He is replacing Sara Tucci-Piergiovanni, who has contributed so much to build the project to where it is today. Thank you Sara and good luck with your new ventures!

RobMoSys at ERF 2018 in Tampere

Join our workshop on "RobMoSys: Better Models, Better Tools, Better Systems" at ERF 2018 in Tampere on March 14, 2018, 14:00 to 15:30 in the Systems Engineering track. The workshop will be in room Duetto 2.

The objective of this year's RobMoSys workshop is threefold:

•   to present the selected RobMoSys Open Call 1 projects (so called ITPs) to the   community

•   to present the work that the project partners themselves have already realised in the first  year of the project

•   to explain how interested parties beyond RobMoSys and beyond funded RobMoSys Open Call 1 projects can participate, collaborate and contribute, e.g. via participation in workshops, summer schools, embedding researchers in consortium partner labs, open source co-development of models and tools, getting feedback and suggestions from RobMoSys in other H2020 projects.

We are looking forward to seeing you there!

ITP Kick-off meeting in Barcelona

The selected ITPs were invited to meet each other and get to know their assigned project coaches at our ITP Kick-off workshop on March 5th & 6th.

As many of the selected ITPs are from Spain, we decided to hold the Kick-off meeting at the premises of our Spanish partner PAL Robotics in Barcelona. This was an excellent opportunity to get to know their coaches personally, review their project aims and to address any questions that came into their mind.

We are happy to have found such committed teams which will help us bring RobMoSys to the next level.
